Before you start.

How long does delivery take?

Every poster is printed to order. With free Standard delivery we send it within 5 days, with Express (¥990) within 48 hours. You choose at checkout.

Can I see the poster before I buy?

Yes. The editor shows exactly what we print, and the last step shows it on a wall, to scale.

How can I pay?

We are setting up payment now. Card payment, including JCB, is planned. All prices include consumption tax.

Where does the map come from?

From OpenStreetMap, the map of the world that anyone can improve. We draw every mood ourselves from its data.

What does delivery cost?

Standard delivery anywhere in Japan is free and sent within 5 days. Express costs ¥990 and is sent within 48 hours. You see the exact amount at checkout, before you pay.

Can I return or change my poster?

Every poster is printed to order for you. [Returns and reprint policy, e.g. a free reprint if it arrives damaged].

Can you send it as a gift?

[Gift options, e.g. gift wrapping and a message card, sent straight to them with no prices on the delivery note].
