- Standard delivery is free. Express delivery costs ¥990 in Japan, and is shown at checkout for other countries. Outside Japan, the EU, the UK, Australia and New Zealand, import duties and taxes may be due on delivery.

- By the methods shown at checkout, when you place your order. Companies can pay by bank transfer against an invoice, by the date on the invoice.
- Delivery
- Every poster is printed to order and sent within 5 days of your order, or within 48 hours with Express. Gift cards are a PDF to download a few minutes after you pay.
- Returns and faults
- As each poster is made to order for you, we cannot take it back for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged or with a printing fault, write to us with a photo and we reprint it or refund you, at our cost.
