Terms
Last updated 2 November 2026
These terms apply to every order on Anotoki Art (anotoki.art), a shop run by FFJB Ventures OÜ, Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, 10115 Tallinn, Estonia (registry code 17226263, VAT EE102853812). The legal notice has all our details.
Your order
You design your poster in the editor and see it before you pay. Your order is accepted when we email you its confirmation. If we cannot print a design, we tell you and refund you in full.
Your design
You are responsible for what you put on your poster. Only upload photos and words you have the right to use. We may decline a design that is unlawful or breaks someone else's rights, and refund you. We use your design only to make and deliver your order, and to show it on a link if you choose to share it.
Prices and payment
The price is the one shown when you order. Prices for Japan, the EU, the UK, Australia and New Zealand include consumption tax, VAT or GST; for other countries, import duties and taxes may be due on delivery. You pay when you order, or by the date on the invoice for companies.
Delivery
Every poster is printed to order and sent within 5 days, or within 48 hours with Express. The poster is yours once it is delivered; until then it travels at our risk.
Damage, faults and returns
If your poster arrives damaged or with a printing fault, write to us with a photo and we reprint it or refund you, at our cost. As each poster is personalised and made to order, we cannot take it back for a change of mind, and the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU does not apply to it (Directive 2011/83/EU, article 16(c)). Your rights under the law where you live are not affected.
Gift cards and vouchers
A gift card or poster voucher is valid for 3 years from the day it is bought, and cannot be exchanged for cash. What is left on a gift card stays on it for your next order.
Maps
The maps use data from © OpenStreetMap contributors. We draw them with care, but a map may not show every recent change on the ground.
Our liability
If something goes wrong with an order, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where we acted on purpose or with gross negligence, or where the law does not allow a limit.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in its courts. Please write to us first: most things are solved quickly by email.
