Anotoki Art (anotoki.art) is run by FFJB Ventures OÜ, Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, 10115 Tallinn, Estonia (registry code 17226263). We are responsible for the personal information you give us. This policy follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Questions: support@anotoki.art.

What we collect

When you order: your name, delivery and billing address, email and phone number, what you ordered, and your design (the places, words and any photo or route file you add). When you write to us: your message and any photos you attach. When you save or share a design: the design and its pictures, kept under a link. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see your full card number.

Why we use it

To make and deliver your order, send you emails about it, answer your questions, keep the accounts the law requires, and keep the shop safe from fraud. The legal grounds are the contract with you, our legal obligations and our legitimate interest in running the shop. We do not sell your information, and we only send you marketing emails if you ask for them.

Who we share it with

Only with the companies that help us run the shop, and only what each needs: our print and delivery partners (your name, address and design), our payment provider, our email service (Resend, USA), our server host, and the map and place search services that show the map as you design. To help us answer messages faster, the text of support messages may be processed by an AI service (Anthropic, USA); a person reads and sends every reply. We share information with authorities only when the law requires it.

Sending information abroad

We are a company in Estonia, in the European Union. Where a service provider is outside the EU (such as in the USA), we use the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard, and the provider must protect your information as this policy does.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records for 7 years, as Estonian accounting law requires. Messages to us for as long as we need them to help you and handle any follow-up. Saved and shared designs for 24 months after they are saved, then we delete them and their link stops working.

Cookies

We only use cookies the shop needs to work: your cart, your language and the country you ship to. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, to receive a copy of it, to limit how we use it, or object to its use. Write to support@anotoki.art and we answer within 30 days. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).

If we change this policy, we show the new date at the top of this page.
